KALI RAINBOW

LEGEND: “The Rainbow”
One day, all colors of the world started to quarrel. Each claimed that she was the nicest, the most important, the most useful, the favorite! They boasted, aloud, each being convinced to be the best. The noise of their quarrel swelled more and more. Suddenly, a blinding flash of light appeared in the sky, accompanied by thunder. The rain fell in torrents incessantly.
Frightened, all colors crouched and approached to seek shelter near each other. The rain took the floor:
” Stupid creatures fighting amongst yourselves, each trying to dominate the other, don’t you know that the Great Spirit has created you all ? Each in a special purpose, unique and different ? He loves each of you, he needs you all… Join your hands and come to me.
He’ll extend you across the sky in a beautiful rainbow to show you how deep he loves you all, so that you can live together in peace. Your differences will be melting into a rainbow where each colour will bring a special beauty to the world and a sign of hope for tomorrow.”.
Every time the Great Spirit sends rain to wash the world, he will rezz a rainbow in the sky, and when we see it, we should remember that he wants us to appreciate each other and praise him for our wonderful complementarity..
